Job Vacancy: Digital Marketing and Social Media Specialist We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing and Social Media Specialist to join our team. This position requires excellent communication skills in English, as well as being based in and willing to work in Semarang. Responsibilities: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and generate leads. Manage social media platforms and create engaging content to increase followers and engagement. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Plan and implement paid advertising campaigns across various digital channels. Monitor and analyze key metrics to evaluate the success of marketing campaigns. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms. Handle communication with clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and social media. Requirements: Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing and Social Media Specialist or similar role. Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal. Strong knowledge of digital marketing principles and social media platforms. Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEO software. Experience in creating and managing successful digital marketing campaigns. Ability to handle communication with clients effectively and professionally. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive marketing strategies. Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and the ability to create engaging content. Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as in a team environment. Based in and willing to work in Semarang.
